BridgeMind One for Windows

Track the Windows port of BridgeMind One, its current development status, and the verification required before public availability.

BridgeMind One for Windows is in active development. It is a native Windows port of the same product, not a separate product or a redesign.

There is no supported public Windows release yet. Native behavior and feature parity remain unverified, so development builds must not be treated as production-ready.

Current Status

The Windows work is implementing the same core product model:

  • Agent, Code, and Chat modes
  • Persistent agents, memory, skills, and routines
  • Project workspaces with terminals, threads, files, and browsers
  • Plugins with app-managed authorization
  • Windows-native process, credential, browser, audio, shortcut, and text-input behavior

Shared interface tests and successful package builds do not prove native Windows behavior. Installation, sign-in, terminals, browsers, audio, input, accessibility, display scaling, process cleanup, and updates all require evidence from Windows hardware.

What “In Development” Means

  • No public support commitment or release date is documented.
  • Feature presence in source does not mean it has passed native verification.
  • macOS behavior should not be assumed on Windows.
  • Draft build artifacts are for internal verification, not builder distribution.
  • Missing or incomplete platform behavior must fail safely rather than imitate support.

Expected Platform Differences

BridgeMind One keeps the same product concepts while using Windows-native behavior where the operating systems differ. Examples include:

  • Windows terminal and process handling
  • Windows credential protection
  • Windows browser embedding
  • A configurable push-to-talk shortcut and overlay instead of Mac-specific Fn and notch behavior
  • Control-key shortcuts where macOS uses Command

These are target behaviors, not a claim that every path is verified today.

Availability

Use BridgeMind One for macOS for the currently available product. This page will change when a Windows build has passed the required native verification and is ready for builders.

Linux is not supported.
